The ZEMIC H2F is a robust spoke-type compression load cell designed for accurate force measurement in industrial weighing systems. Its low-profile spoke or pancake-style construction provides a compact solution where installation height and mechanical stability are important considerations.
Manufactured from nickel-plated alloy steel, the H2F is designed for demanding industrial environments. Its IP67 protection and sealed construction help protect the load cell against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial weighing applications.
The H2F is available in capacities ranging from 1 t to 50 t. Depending on the selected capacity, models are available in OIML accuracy classes C1, C2 and C3. For example, the 1 t, 2 t and 3 t versions are available with C1/C2/C3 options; 5 t and 10 t versions are available in C1/C2 configurations; and 15 t through 50 t models are available in C1.
The compact design and compression-loading configuration make the ZEMIC H2F load cell particularly suitable for hopper, tank, silo and hanging weighing applications, as well as other heavy-duty electronic weighing equipment.
