Manufactured from stainless steel and hermetically sealed by laser welding, the G8R-ACP provides IP69K protection, OIML R60 Class C4 accuracy and capacities from 18 tons to 50 tons. The GIROPES G8R-ACP is a robust, high-capacity analogue compression load cell engineered for accurate and reliable weighing in heavy-duty industrial environments. It is specifically designed for applications such as truck weighbridges, vehicle scales, high-capacity weighing platforms, silos and hoppers where substantial loads and demanding environmental conditions are involved.
The G8R-ACP features a fully stainless-steel construction with hermetic sealing achieved through laser welding. Its IP69K protection rating provides a high level of protection against dust and high-pressure, high-temperature water cleaning, making it particularly suitable for industrial environments where frequent washdown and exposure to moisture can occur. Giropes notes that the G8R family is suitable for demanding cleaning environments, including applications exposed to high-pressure water jets.
Available capacities range from 18,000 kg to 50,000 kg, allowing the G8R-ACP to be configured for different high-capacity weighing requirements.
