The Utilcell SMART DIGITAL Weighing Indicator is an advanced digital weighing indicator designed for truck weighbridges, industrial platform scales, tank and silo weighing systems and other digital load-cell applications. It can connect with up to 16 digital load cells, providing individual load-cell status monitoring, PC-based configuration, calibration and corner adjustment. Utilcell Smart Digital Weighing Indicator
The Utilcell SMART DIGITAL is a next-generation electronic weighing indicator developed for weighing systems using digital load cells. Unlike conventional analogue weighing indicators, the SMART DIGITAL communicates directly with compatible digital load cells and provides detailed information about the condition and status of each connected load cell.
It supports connection of up to 16 digital load cells, including Utilcell 730D and 740D models or compatible digital load cells, making it particularly suitable for large industrial weighing platforms and truck weighbridges.
The indicator incorporates a PC-based configuration and calibration system that allows technicians to configure the weighing system, monitor individual load cells, perform calibration and make corner adjustments. This can significantly simplify installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of digital weighing systems.

The Utilcell SMART DIGITAL is particularly suitable for digital-load-cell truck scales and weighbridges.
In a conventional analogue weighbridge, load cells send analogue signals to a junction box and then to the weighing indicator. With a digital weighing system, compatible digital load cells can communicate digitally with the SMART DIGITAL, allowing the indicator and PC software to provide more detailed information about individual load cells.
